Der Hand Balsam UV 10 von Louis Widmer ist eine tägliche Pflege mit Lichtschutzfaktor 10 (LSF 10) für die Hände. Er pflegt und befeuchtet die Haut, zieht rasch ein, fettet nicht und wirkt wasserabweisend. 
Die Kombination aus UVA‑ und UVB-Filtern soll der Entstehung von Altersflecken vorbeugen und lichtbedingter Hautalterung entgegenwirken.
